the joy of movement
Your teacher... Mandy Loveday
Nia has created a positive transformation in my life. There’s no doubt it’s expressive, mindful movement has been good for both my physical and mental health. I feel more focused, less emotional and so much happier when I’m practing Nia regularly. My body is strong, I have more vitality and I’m fitter than ever before.
As a teacher, I love sharing Nia’s mix of martial arts, healing arts and dance arts and its unique blend of grace and power. It’s an embodied movement practice and a fun-filled way to take care of yourself.
I'm a certified trauma sensitive movement practitioner and my classes offer a safe space for self-expression, self-healing and connection. I invite you to call or email me if you have any questions about Nia or my trauma sensitive classes.
